When alone, we ponder

“How do I matter?”

How we yearn to hear,

“You make me feel better.”

“You brighten my day.”

Step away from the shadows;

Cast away your doubts,

The doubt that scream loudly in your head,

“I don’t matter,”

“I’m not good enough.”

Fear Not.

Pause a moment,

know your truth,

Note your worth,

You bring so much to those around you.

Let your light shine.

Let your light Brighten blindly.

To let all know —

You’re here,

you matter,

you’re beautiful.

you’re brilliant —

You’re God’s precious creation.
